- Any reservation made is not transferable.
- To confirm a reservation, the Full amount of the booking must be transferred. If this is done, the cancellation policy will not be applicable.
- The cancellation policy is not applicable to bookings made through a travel agency but is applicable to bookings made online through this website or through direct transfer to our account.
Cancellation Policy
- If a cancellation of a reservation is requested more than seven days prior to the scheduled check-in date, 80% of the advance payment will be returned.
- If the request is raised within seven days of the check-in date, no refund will be given.
